IRTECON works with suppliers that have completed the pre-registration phase in December 2008. REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) is the new European Union law for chemical substances that came into force in 2007. This law will replace all legislation related to chemical substances, including the current EINECS inventory. Any substances that are manufactured or imported into the EU and that exceed one tonne per year have to be registered with the new European Chemical Agency.
