IRTEC-ASQ is an emulsifier used to manufacture slow-setting anionics.

Bituminous emulsions used for grouting, priming, waterproofing products and other applications when the aggregates are of the slow limestone type. Setting emulsions are especially suitable for application in cold-dense mixes with limestone.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-AWQ is an emulsifier used to manufacture slow-setting anionics. Bituminous emulsions used for application in the primer layer of gravel for road construction and in primers and waterproofing coatings.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-MIC/E is an emulsifier used for the manufacture of controlled setting. Cationic bituminous emulsions used for application in cold micro paving treatments, specially designed to achieve rapid cohesion with any type of bitumen.

Data sheet:

IRTEC QP-30 has been designed to produce slow-setting cationic emulsions (CSS) with improved stability both in storage and transport, and in breaking with aggregates. The resulting emulsions allow for the preparation of dense mixes, such as those used in dense cold mix placement, severe emulsion, and on-site or in-plant pavement recycling.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-RK is an emulsifier used to manufacture fast-setting cationics. Bituminous emulsions used for application in tack-coat and surface treatments.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-RK100 is an emulsifier used for the manufacture of fast-setting cationics. Bituminous emulsions used for application in tack-coat and surface treatments. IRTEC-RK100 must be neutralized in the aqueous phase with hydrochloric acid (HCl) prior to emulsion production.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-RK117 is an emulsifier used to manufacture fast-setting cationics. Bituminous emulsions used for application in tack-coat and surface treatments. IRTEC-RK117 must be neutralized in the aqueous phase with hydrochloric acid (HCl) before emulsion production. IRTEC-RK117 is fully compatible with other amine-based products.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-RQ is an emulsifier used to manufacture fast-setting cationics. Bituminous emulsions used for application in tack-coat and surface treatments. IRTEC-RQ must be neutralized in the aqueous phase with hydrochloric acid (HCl) before the production of the emulsion. IRTEC-RQ is fully compatible with other amine-based products.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-RQS is an emulsifier used for the manufacture of quick and medium setting. Cationic bituminous emulsions used for adhesion and surface layer application. IRTEC-RQS is indicated for the manufacture of fast and medium breaking cationics. Bituminous emulsions used in bonding courses, fog seals, gravel seals and manufacture of cold open mixes.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-RVK is an emulsifier used to manufacture fast-setting cationics. High viscosity bituminous emulsions used for application in tack-coat and surface treatments

Data sheet:

IRTEC-SK203 is an emulsifier used to manufacture slow-setting cationics. Bituminous emulsions used for different applications. IRTEC-SK203 must be neutralized in the aqueous phase with hydrochloric acid (HCl) before the production of the emulsion. IRTEC-SK203 is fully compatible with other amine-based products.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-SK205 is an emulsifier used to manufacture slow-setting cationics. Bituminous emulsions used for different applications.

IRTEC-SK205 can be used to produce emulsion used in different construction technologies (priming coat, sealing grout, dense graded cold mixes, soil and sand stabilizations, gravel-emulsion mixes, etc.) and, in general, in those applications where the emulsion is mixed with aggregates with a high content of fines of different nature.

Data sheet:

IRTEC TH is an emulsifier used for the production of anti-stick emulsion, media for those types of emulsion that when sprayed and dried do not stick to vehicle tires. IRTEC TH generally does not need to be neutralized in the water phase with hydrochloric acid (HCl) because it is ready to use.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-W is an emulsifier used to manufacture slow-setting anionic bitumen. Emulsions used for application in the primer layer of gravel for road construction and in primers and waterproofing coatings. IRTEC-W must be neutralized in the aqueous phase with caustic soda (NaOH) before emulsion production. IRTEC-W can be used in both batch and continuous emulsion plants because the liquids and pumping are at ambient temperatures.

Data sheet:

IRTEC-WK is an emulsifier used to manufacture slow-setting anionics. Bituminous emulsions used for application in the primer layer of gravel for road construction and in primers and waterproofing coatings.

Data sheet:

THE THERMOBIT SYSTEM must be added to the aqueous phase as an emulsifier and is perfectly soluble in water. THERMOBIT SYSTEM is used to manufacture cationic bituminous emulsions in order to reduce residue penetration and, at the same time, increase the softening temperature of the binder.
